to me, this is a "jump the shark" moment.it's like when someone in your social circle gets anew SO, then proceeds to shoehorn them into every social setting. Meggie McGregor: Supporting character in all books. Callum's mother, who had been Sephy's nanny until Jasmine fired her. She convinces Sephy to move in with her and is very close to Callie Rose. However, a threat to call social services about Callie Rose estranges Sephy from her. The author has not only written a great number of books but has also made a concerted effort to enrich the lives of others. He has donated over a million books for students to read and often would focus on schools as well as youth programs that did not have the proper resources. The author donated over seven million to libraries in the schools and classrooms in America as well as two million to indie bookstores. Sam Giancana was christened Mono "Jimmy" Salvatore Giancana but was called Mooney or Sam by friends. This is the non-fiction account told by his brother and nephew who was his Godson and namesake. Rebecca – I think she’s quite a random character to want to mention but she was actually one of the most likeable in the book in my opinion. She was the only character that didn’t feel like she had a dark secret or hidden intentions and I liked that. She didn’t deserve to be in the situation she was in. I wanted more for her. Why did you do that Malorie?

Born March 22, 1947, Patterson was raised in New York in Newburgh. He was the son of a school teacher and an insurance salesman, and first started writing when he was 19 years old. He attended Manhattan College and graduated in 1969. Vanderbilt University gave him a full scholarship to attend their graduate program in English. He departed there before he was able to leave with a degree thanks to complications from the Vietnam War. Without giving too much away, the part that I found most fascinating was the connection between organized crime and the CIA and the FBI, the story behind the murders of Marilyn Monroe and the Kennedys. Jarvis Burton: Dan's second-in-command, who, after his death, wages civil war on Eva, before replacing her as leader of the Outfit. beyond that the plot- even with the current political climate ,was so far out there, it was baffling to think about. the military accidentally uncovers a plot against the Government.but because they don't know who they can trust, they let the plot go forward, causing death and destruction , to uncover the leaders.that is the main thing that bothered me, even for fiction. and then the other little things built up,and just pushed me too far. Jasmine Dharma Ninah Adyebe-Hadley: Sephy and Minerva's mother, who became an alcoholic. She used to be good friends with Ryan and Meggie McGregor, as Meggie used to work for her. She is diagnosed with breast cancer and, drinking less than before, steals and activates Jude's bomb, killing her and Jude in the process to protect Sephy and Callie Rose. The plot wasn't bad, there are so many different sociological aspects that could be examined in the context of this series, but it was quite disjointed compared to the clear lineal structure between the first three novels.

the President and Vice President are assassinated(supposedly) while they are together in the same place. circumstances don't matter, the Secret service would never allow them together for that very reason. which brings the next "Tweak" I never served in the military. but it irks me to no end that Cassie is referred to as a "Ranger".AND IT IS NOT BECAUSE SHE IS A WOMAN. yes, she completed Ranger school.that gets her a Ranger "Tab"-that is ranger qualified. she did not serve with the 75th ranger regiment-getting the Ranger "Scroll"(my Father served in the 11th ACR. he went to ranger school, got the TAB. my Uncle went to Ranger school, got the TAB,he then served with the 2/75th Rangers. he has a ranger SCROLL.) there is a big difference.I’m just struggling to see how we went from Noughts and Crosses to this book - they kind of feel like three very separate books connected loosely by the original world. It’s so disjointed and jumpy and the actual full outline for the series makes next to no sense. It’s such a shame because the original premise so was stellar, I think as a standalone Noughts and Crosses with a bit more work could’ve been amazing. There were lots of pieces of info regarding the two Kennedy murders that are very intriguing. The book states as fact that the Outfit, in conjunction with the CIA, were responsible for both murders. The facts presented are compelling, but anyone who has real proof has not yet provided it. You decide what you think. Sonny Devlin: A member of Sephy's band. Starts to go out with Sephy, but Sephy decides to end their relationship even though they have feelings for each other. He later murders Nathan due to jealousy. You only need to look at Mexico and realize that collaboration definitely exists there and America is no exception.
