We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. The pillow has kept its shape and the same level of firmness since I first got it and the cover washes really well so the whole thing looks new still. My only wish would be that I could get a spare cover for it so that I could use one whilst the other is being washed. At the moment I wrap a large muslin around it when the cover is in the wash.
