Purflo have tried to simplify buying Baby Sleep Bags. Multiple tog options are necessary when used correctly with the appropriate clothing. You only need two baby sleep bags – a 2.5 tog and a 0.5 tog.
Yes. Using the correct size based on the weight and height of your baby, and the correct tog means baby stays at a consistent safe temperature all night long. Note: There are aspects of the carrycot standard, such as handles, which are not relevant to this product, so have not been tested. As the room temperature gets warmer, we would recommend our 0.5 tog. Ideal for milder climates, warmer rooms and is perfect for holidays. Our 0.5 tog can be used in room temperatures from 22°. Both the Swaddle to Sleep Bag and the Baby Sleep Bag have large mesh areas in the bodice and the body of the bag ensuring that baby does not overheat.The YKK zippers are carefully positioned away from baby’s delicate skin and opens from the bottom to make middle of the night nappy changes much easier. There is no need to worry about snags and catching as there is a zip guard around baby’s body and a secure seam around the legs and feet.
