The cap Kirby wears looks similar to the one Link wears. In the Super Smash Bros. series, Kirby can inhale Link to get his cap, but he only uses Link's Bow.

Sword is a Copy Ability which grants Kirby a blade to wield against his foes. The most common way to obtain the Sword ability is by inhaling Sword Knight, Blade Knight, or the Mid-Boss Gigant Edge. Sword is also notable for being one of the abilities that can be used underwater, making it very versatile. TL;DR So far I have seen no direct confirmation on the item still dropping in game (despite various indirect speculations), so if you manage to find one on the AH, you better grab it.In addition, not matter how long you leave them alone they won't disappear, what's up with that? Even if he specializes in swords, shields and armor can be projected for a moment. However everything is one rank below the original. I learn from my old guildies that my mage friend passed away not too long after our encounter.. and everytime this sword gets mentioned, I think of him.
