This is my essay on the topic of ”Sometimes I’m fine” – Reading sex scenes as a sex repulsed asexual. the pop culture references are why this book is a 4.5 and not a 5 star, they kept popping up *eye twitch* and i could not, in good conscious give it five stars with that in it. for all you thirsty bitches this book is for you, its spicy AS DIRECTED BY CHANDLER which is even more amazing because it just gets more intesne and better as the book went on. The entire premise! I’ve read one night stand to lovers and I’ve read some ‘teach me’ romances, but I’ve never read a story where the guy is so bad in bed that the fmc ends up giving him sex lessons. 😂 Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I’d find the MC sexy if he wasn’t already a sex god but I found it incredibly refreshing. There were moments where the situation managed to make me laugh and then it would take a turn and become incredibly sexy. We stan a man who is willing to learn and can take directions. 😏One of my favorite things about reading a RLS book is how personal they feel and how relatable her Jewish characters are. Full of humor and a ton of heart and NO third act break up, this was utterly enjoyable from start to finish and I can't recommend it enough! If you’ve read that paragraph above, congratulations! You now know more about the book than I did when I started it, and let me tell you…WHAT A RIDE. I had absolutely no clue that I was about to be privy to the most AWKWARD, most LUBRICATED, most HOT N’ READY case of second hand embarrassment a la atrocious one-night stand that’s ever been written.

The romance. Chandler and Finn are so stinking cute! There’s a lot of witty banter and teasing, but they also openly communicate and are incredibly kind gently honest with each other. Seriously, green flags all around. These two made me smile and I swear every time they interacted my heart double in size. It’s hard not to fall in love with them while they fall in love with each other. 💕 Business or Pleasure transcends sexy into something almost radical in this honest, raw, fresh, and hugely fun romp under the sheets and across the country with Chandler and Finn. Romantic, hilarious, sizzling, and heartfelt, Rachel Lynn Solomon's latest has taken its place as my new favorite romcom Carlyn Greenwald, author of Sizzle Reel unfortunately, even in the face of these bizarre and frankly undesirable circumstances, i found these characters to be the unthinkable: boring. and it turns out that is kind of an important part of a romance book. or maybe a book in general.
