The bottle itself is one of the nicest perfume bottles I know. Very belle epoque, could have been made by Lalique in the 1890s or 1900s. I once saw someone describe this as vanilla coca cola on a YouTube comment and ever since then that is what i associate it with lol. The opening is dominated by citrus and flower notes, but for most of its life it has a clean powdery smell with gentle musk & vanilla and remnants of flowers edging through. This performs extremely well in very hot weather (over 40C) and its perfect for my camping road trips. The bottle is solid and can easily be thrown into a kit bag. As a Bonus, this seems to keep bush flies away as well. i would personally treat it as refreshing cologne during daytime. i dont see teenage boys wearing this thou...i think it fits little boys and girls. just like pictured in the poster advertisment. I bought it on a crazy sale at Shoppers Drug Market (probably paid 15 CAD) because I know it is an iconic fragrance and I love the bottle design. I’d sum it up as a glass of fizzy cola with a slice of lemon to garnish. It’s a bright and refreshing blend that is perfect for casual hangs in the city, but also viable to bring some personality to the office. And so, there's this sour citrus note dominating the opening, which reminds me so much of YSL Pour Homme. Then, a musky powdery texture that could be the father of Burberry Touch: the idea of a ''masculine' powdery note, this time supported by patchouli. Galbanum and rosemary complete the stale, sour, almost savory citrus note. Although, from a bigger distance, most of the time, it's just powder and patch A nice fresh fragrance with great performance and a spicy, citrusy opening, a comforting lavender heart, and powdery sandalwood-vanilla drydown.

Also, it is so cheap now I buy bottles and use them as "fancy" car air freshener, I spray some into my diffuser, I wear it to bed...You get the picture. It smells quite simple, basically lemon sherbert and dries down to vanilla. Very fresh and ideal for hot days or holidays by the beach or pool. It's not a sensual scent but would probably smell good on a girl too but I'm not sure if it's officially a unisex cologne.

Undeterred I put it on the next day. And I have to say, it’s way different on skin, and after the initial opening. It’s much nicer and more interesting than the initial opening led me to believe. It develops into a vanilla-y floral scent, feminine, in a way, but not unisex. It's idiosyncratic, woody, spicy, and fougère enough so you don’t smell like you accidentally reached for the wrong bottle in the morning and put on your girlfriend’s perfume. I still wouldn’t necessarily recommend this to teens and guys in their early 20s for fear that it may come off a little androgenous unless you personally project a level of inherent masculinity that comes with maturity. Which is fine, if that’s your style, but something to be aware of nonetheless.Blue Jeans is a powerhouse of a fragrance, it's been around since the early 90s and has always been consistent on its pricing and value for money. You can not hate on this fragrance, it's a very versatile, long-lasting fragrance and overall a great masculine scent. Everyone loves the smell of this fragrance, it's a classic "bad boy" fragrance. Really nice fragrance. I don’t know if it used to be any different from the old formula, but the reformulation is still nice. It does smell a little like cleaning spray at the beginning, but it isn’t sour or super strong. It smells like orange something. I don’t get any floral on my skin though. It smells like vanilla cola or cinnamon and oranges. It says that this is good for summer but on my the vanilla would be too much for the hot weather. Really nice smell though. I dug this out of my stash for a warm weather alternate. Yes, summer is winding down and this shouldve came been brought out in the heatwave. Its surprisingly good for adults, even though it was marketed for young men. Its still very Versace=Italian YSL. BJ is my comfort fragrance. It's comfortably inoffensive and inexpensive. It's comfortable to wear with casual or elegant gear and, with its blend of citrusy and woody notes, goes comfortably with any season and any weather, movie night at home or a day at the office.
