Sound isn't great, but for the price, compromises happen, I actually use a sound stage which connects perfectly to the TV which does allow to adjustment of audio sync should you need it. the menu and settings easy to use the sound is acceptable i recommend you turn up bass and trebble illl list my settings so you can try it for yourself, theres plenty of videos on youtube to help you set up. Dont expect perfection right outta the box you must change settings if you dont you shooting yourself in the foot. Digging through all of the menus doesn't give me an immediately obvious option to turn this permanently off.
