In terms of design, they’re not an unattractive pair of earbuds. Compared to the dark grey of the aluminium charging case, the silvery outer shell admittedly looks a touch on the cheaper side, and it would have been nice – for uniformity sake – for them to more closely match. That said the sound on the Mifo is still quite good and when you consider the price and the number of features that this earphone has then it’s almost impossible to complain. USB-C case input allows you to use the latest charging technology to rapidly power up the aluminium charging case when power runs low. Most users enjoy 1-2 weeks between charges!

Yes, these are incredibly comfortable earbuds. The combination of low weight, curved edges, and ergonomic tapering mean they will fit nicely in small to large ears. Once inserted, I found that these earphones required no further adjustment for the duration of my listening sessions. Mifo has also shown that they are listening to consumers. The inclusion of waterproofing and an extra-large battery in the carry case are excellent design choices, and they have even been advancing the design with upgraded drivers. It seems the intention to keep improving on an already attractive design, and that certainly makes them a company to watch in the future. CVC noise canceling creates crystal clear sound while in the gym, out and about, or whilst on the plane. Both earbuds will automatically power off by when no activity is detected for 5 minutes. IMPORTANT: Before use, remove the protective film under each earbud and then place earbuds into the charging box for at least ten minutes. The O5 Plus are true wireless in-ear earbuds from Mifo, the US brand setting out to make some noise and become your earphones of choice with their official launch in the UK. Call quality was average. I could hear the callers just fine but they did report that I became somewhat quieter when I was using the Mifo in windy conditions. The case is much smaller than the one on the 05 models, and it has a good build quality with my only concern over time being the rather flimsy feeling hinge mechanism.
