About this deal

As the first Danish chips brand on the market, Taffel has a strong heritage with Danish consumers. Taffel potato chips were first introduced in 1959, since when Taffel has always focused on high quality and great taste when launching new and innovative products. I wanted to recreate this appetizer but make it more accessible to those who may not want to deal with the fuss of frying with hot oil! So I present to you my oven-baked crispy kale chaat, which is very much inspired by Rasika’s palak chaat, but is much healthier because it is baked instead of fried. Crispy curly kale in the center surrounded by Indian sauces and fresh veggies.

To make the kale stir-fry, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the garlic and chilli and fry for 2 minutes.

Put the kale in a large bowl and add the oil. Massage it into every dimple in the leaves, then toss with the seasoning.
