About this deal

I just received it today, and I’m stunned – all 3 of our cats just LOVE being groomed with it… even our ultra-shy former feral who’s still somewhat human-shy and won’t sit still for any other kind of grooming tool. DO brush your dog at least 3-4 times a week for a great coat and to also nurture your bond with your dog. Of course, there are also those pups who just cannot help indulging in the mud, manure, or other messy, stinky things and will need to be bathed more often to remove dirt and bacteria! The EquiGroomer Grooming Tools along with bathing can effectively help reduce dead hair, pet dander and allergens inside your home helping to alleviate allergies!

Dog bathing … if you ask ten dog parents how often you should bathe your dog, you will get at least 10 different answers with everyone believing their answer is the right one! Each time you glide the blade along their coat, you not only remove loose hair, but you pull up the dirt and dander that’s hiding beneath the surface. The EquiGroomer removes a lot of hair, leaving the lionheads looking less scruffy, and all of them looking well groomed. my friend got the 9 inch for her cat and her golden retriever and she said she had some trouble with it because it was too big so i got the 5 inch for her birthday and she said it was amazing. What’s more, it really does work in pulling out so much of the dead hair, I actually see the difference on my furniture. Tiny barbs on the end of every tooth grab dead, scaly hair and pull it out from the ends rather than digging down into the coat and potentially scratching sensitive skin.

Even more importantly, you remind us all the importance of regular grooming to prevent bunnies from ingesting all that fur.Proper and consistent brushing helps cut down on hairballs for cats (as well as rabbits and yes, even some dogs! It gently removes loose hair, dirt and dander on all parts of your pet’s body, including their legs and bellies. I have three cats who all vary with their preferences to brushes, with one not liking being brushed at all.

equigroomer and I highly recommend it! This brush is called an equigroomer and I highly recommend it!

Regular grooming not only helps your dog look and feel his best, it is also the perfect time to examine your dog for any potential issues with his coat, skin (like hot spots or lumps), teeth, eyes and ears and /or infections or inflammations. It’s critical to be just as thorough with grooming your dog as you are in the warmer months for your dog’s overall health, well-being and comfort. I like that it is very gentle, as one has been diagnosed with IBD and i think this will be less aggressive on his skin than a standard brush. I’ve tried so many different grooming products for my cat, everything from slicker brushes to furminator, to grooming gloves and everything in between and she’s hated EVERYTHING.

Removing this heavier winter undercoat will also help your canine stay comfortable – and cooler – in the heat. Also, some coats will require just seasonal stripping, while others will need to be stripped more frequently. Many say a dog should be bathed about once every 3 months, others say twice during that same period. Our EquiGroomer grooming toolsmake the experience pain-free, injury-free and stress-freefor you and your pet!DO NOT wash your dog too often to avoid removing natural oils and causing the coat and skin to become unnaturally dry. This is especially important for those animals that are bathed regularly or during the dry, winter months.
