The majority of our diverters and filters our supplied with 30-50cm hose to connect the filter/diverter to the water butt. This agreement is back to back with the courier and we will not be liable for any delays as per our terms. This prevents stagnant water in the pipe and air locks which prevent flow to tank and allows the diverter to continue to work as an overflow. Occasionally your water butt may be greater than this distance from the downpipe and so we have a range of hoses to allow a greater separation between water butt and downpipe diverter. Our design and Prestige range is available in the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, direct or through our distributors.Our packaging is usually recycled and/or recyclable and we make efficient use of packaging to minimise wastage.
